Spring 2002 Forward to a Friend

Subaru News

Since 40 percent of all individuals who request roadside assistance do so from their home or office, Subaru has added the Internet as one more way to help drivers.

Requesting roadside assistance through your Internet connection is easy. Simply go to subaru.eroadassist.com and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that help is on the way with the name and estimated arrival time of the service provider. Further assurance that your request will be answered is a call to the phone number you provide, again with the pertinent details of your request. An additional follow-up call is made later, ensuring that service was delivered and enabling you to seek further assistance if required.

This applies to all 2000 model year and newer Subaru vehicles and those vehicles covered by Subaru Added Security Gold Plus or Added Security Maintenance.

Log on and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), name and license plate number for 24-hour roadside assistance.
