Affiliations Extended/Expanded

Both the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) and Nordica have extended their affiliations with Subaru.

The Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew program was launched in 1997. Since that time, the program has led more than 1,000 trail projects and trained more than 35,000 people in trailbuilding techniques. The crews have driven the program’s Subaru vehicles more than half a million miles.

2004 marks the 10th anniversary of the Subaru Master the Mountain program, which provides skiers and snowboarders with professional instruction. Through the new partnership agreement, Subaru and Nordica established the Subaru-Nordica Service Team (SNST), which offers free ski demos to any skier with a valid lift ticket at Subaru Master the Mountain tour events.
