Subaru of America, Inc. renewed its relationship with the Wachovia Cycling Series, providing the series’ “Official Vehicle.” A Subaru B9 Tribeca was the official pace vehicle of the series, which was held May 31 through June 5 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Trenton, New Jersey; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Subaru also sponsored the Subaru Master of the Mountain award. It was for the rider who accumulated the most points as best climber of the Manayunk Wall – an extremely challenging hill on the course – during the Philadelphia leg of the series on June 5.

The Wachovia Cycling Series is part of the nation’s only all-professional road-cycling circuit featuring many of the top cyclists in the world. The three-race series determined the 21st Annual Wachovia USPRO Champion, Chris Wherry.
