Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT Pressed into Law Enforcement
Kitsap County, Washington, has had an unassuming Subaru helping to keep the roads safe since Memorial Day weekend this year. A new 2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT Sedan has been employed as an unmarked traffic safety enforcement vehicle.

At its unveiling, Mike Merrill, Sergeant, Traffic Division, Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office said, "We chose the Subaru Legacy because we were looking for an all-wheel-drive vehicle with solid performance and handling capabilities."

The office’s new Subaru was put into service with assistance from the Washington Traffic Safety Commission, Subaru Northwest Region, and Peninsula Subaru of Auburn, Washington.
