What better way to promote the Subaru Impreza to college students than to ask them to develop marketing campaigns for it. That was the object of an industry-education program sponsored by Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) known as Project Acceleration: The Subaru Impreza Collegiate Challenge. Twelve schools participated in it.
The three finalist schools presented their campaigns to the SOA marketing department recently, with the University of Southern California awarded first place, Southern Methodist University awarded second, and Emory University awarded third. SOA made a financial donation to each of the three winning schools.
