Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Lucy feel right at home at one of Sonoma County’s newest attractions, the Charles M. Schulz Museum. Located in Santa Rosa, the town where the beloved cartoonist lived for much of his adult life, the museum provides fascinating insights into the creative genius of Schulz and the worldwide cultural phenomenon he created. Its garden, appropriately, contains a huge kite with its string hopelessly entangled in the branches of a tree. (707) 579-4452 www.schulzmuseum.org.
