2003 Subaru-Gary Fisher Mountain Bike
Team Returns at Full Strength

The Subaru-Gary Fisher Mountain Bike Racing Team is proud to have all riders return from last season to compete in the 2003 National Off-Road Bicycle Association and World Cup races, the World Championships, 24-hour endurance races and other regional events. Team riders and staff will travel to the events in 2003 Subaru Legacy GT wagons. This is the third season that Subaru of America, Inc. is the title sponsor of the team. Cherry Blossom Festival

April 6-12, 2003, is the Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival, or Sakura Matsuri, as it is known in Japanese. The Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia’s festival encourages a better understanding of the cultural, social and educational customs of Japan and the United States. Bolder Boulder

The Bolder Boulder 10 Kilometer Race celebrates its 25th year May 26, 2003, in Boulder, Colorado. It attracts more than 45,000 runners, joggers and walkers and 100,000 spectators from around the world. The event’s International Team Challenge boasts professional runners from about 16 countries who compete for one of the largest non-marathon prize purses in the world.
