Subaru of America has teamed with SPX Kent-Moore to enhance the customer ownership experience through a new Subaru Diagnostic System (SDS). SDS was designed to provide all Subaru dealership service personnel with wireless, online access to:

     • Warranty information
     • Vehicle information
     • Subaru corporate service technical support

According to Jim Sinclair, Vice President, Service, Subaru of America, Inc., “The goal for Subaru is to further enhance the customer ownership experience. SDS was designed to increase the immediate and future productivity of key service personnel at Subaru dealerships, eliminate wasted time and energy and increase the convenience and timeliness of repairs for the Subaru customer.”
