SUBARU RALLY TEAM USA
AT RALLY NEW ZEALAND

Subaru Rally Team USA driver Ramana Lagemann finished his first ever WRC event with a better than expected result of 26th overall and 10th in group N in the 2003 Rally New Zealand. Lagemann was the first American to compete in a World Rally Championship event in about 10 years.

PHILADELPHIA FLOWER SHOW
Subaru of America is the Premier Sponsor of the annual Philadelphia Flower Show, which is the largest indoor show of its kind in the world. In addition to the sponsorship of the March event, Subaru hosted a VIP event for approximately 200 Penn-Jersey region Subaru owners and their guests. Mark your calendar for next year’s Flower Show scheduled for March 7-14, 2004.


SEEK THE PEAK FOR MOUNT WASHINGTON OBSERVATORY
Subaru and L.L.Bean present “Seek the Peak,” a hike-a-thon to benefit the Mount Washington Observatory at the summit of the Northeast’s highest peak on July 25-26. The Subaru Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will educate hikers about trail ethics, and Appalachian Mountain Club staff will help hikers select trails.

BAJA BEACH PATROL
Thirteen local New Jersey Shore beach patrols/lifeguard associations will employ approximately 20 Subaru Baja Sport vehicles for everyday use this summer, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The Baja Sport was chosen because of its versatility and functionality.
