Subaru Recognized as an Adoption-Friendly Company
For the second year in a row, Subaru of America was ranked first in the automotive industry category on the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoptions list of Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces in America.
Categorized by industry and size of business, the foundations list named Subaru:
- First in the automotive industry category
- Second in the medium-sized company category
- Seventh of all companies in the United States
The foundations primary ranking criterion is the maximum amount of financial reimbursement per adoption, including any additional support for special needs adoption. The secondary criterion is the maximum amount of fully or partially paid leave for adoption. The Dave Thomas Foundation compiled the results from survey data collected from more than 900 U.S. employers, several survey partners, and through subscriber and member participation.
